Returns & Exchanges
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience. Please contact us with your questions at any time. We love our products and want to make sure you love them too.
Edes Jewelry does not accept returns, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for any items* within seven (7) calendar days of your delivery date. Item(s) must be in its original packaging, be unused and have original tags attached. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost of your exchange or price differences. It is also recommend that you insure your items for the full retail value and you retain a tracking number for the package.
To request an exchange, please email email@example.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your item(s) and please include Exchange Request and your order # in the subject line.
Once we have received and reviewed your return, the requested exchanged item will be processed and shipped.
*Note: Due to health and hygiene, we don't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry.
