Suppose we ascertain that the damage is not the result of a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will inform you and provide details about the availability of paid repair services or other alternatives.

It's important to note that minor inconsistencies and variations in quality construction or inherent traits, as well as visible or concealed internal elements within colored gemstones, contribute to the distinctiveness of each item. These attributes are integral to the item's character and should not be construed as defects.

Item Return Policy

We offer 14 days for returns on standard items. All items that wish to be returned must have the original tags, be unaltered from the condition it was shipped, and show no signs of wear. Items can not be shipped back to us until a confirmation email has been sent out to the customer. Please email us first and do not ship to us until you have received a confirmation email. There are no returns on customer orders as they are modified to the customers' specifications. Modified jewelry includes-but is not limited-rings that are sized and jewelry ordered in an alternate gold color than listed. The shipping and insurance for the returned items will be paid for by the customer and the returned item is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
