In instances where the exact item is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item or provide a reimbursement equivalent to the original item's selling price.
If we ascertain that the damage is not the result of a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and provide details about the availability of paid repair services or other alternatives.

We offer 14 days for returns on standard items. All items that wish to be returned must have the original tags, be unaltered from the condition it was shipped, and show no signs of wear. Items can not be shipped back to us until a confirmation email has been sent out to the customer. Please email us first and do not ship to us until you have received a confirmation email. There are no returns on customer orders as they are modified to the customers specifications. Modified jewelry includes but is not limited-to rings that are sized and jewelry ordered in an alternate gold color than listed. The shipping and insurance for the returned items will be paid for by the customer and the returned item is subject to a 15% restocking-fee.
